2024-2025 Empowering Extraordinary Campaign
The Empowering Extraordinary Campaign is the annual fundraising campaign for the Sedgefield Middle School PTO. The fund provides important financial support to ensure that all Sedgefield Spartans and educators have the tools they need for success. Specifically, these funds help the school sustain and grow academic offerings, enhance enrichment programming, and support athletic activities – all of which provide real and meaningful opportunities for young people in our community.
Corporate Sponsorships
Contributions from sponsor organizations account for half of our annual fundraising goal and are an important way to show a business’s neighbors and customers their commitment to building a strong community.
Funds will go towards:
- Academics
- Additional teacher training and professional development
- Guest speakers for family education
- iReady student diagnostic and assessment plus additional subscriptions required by subject
- Enrichment
- Continue and expand collaborative experiences with partners
- In Reach support through Spartan Fund
- Resources for clubs and student/teacher recognition
- Focused Journals and supplemental novels for each grade
- Athletics
- Uniforms and equipment for athletes
- Renovating the track for safe school and neighborhood use
- New scoreboard for football/soccer field
- Campus Improvement
- Update sound system, acoustics and lighting for musical and theatrical performances
- Murals throughout building
- Sun shades

Platinum: $5,000
- 3 full-color signs (1 on football field, 1 on baseball field, 1 in basketball gym)

- Logo on ad in Spartan yearbook and “Sponsor Spotlight” 4 times in our PTO Spartan Express newsletter

Gold: $2,500
- 2 full-color signs (1 on football field, 1 on baseball field)
- Company logo and web link on PTO website
- Company recognition on social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram and X
- Company name listing on Sedgefield Middle School spirit wear shirts, distributed to more than 500 students
- Logo on ad in Spartan yearbook and “Sponsor Spotlight” once in our PTO Spartan Express newsletter

Silver: $1,000
- 1 full-color sign (baseball field)

Individual and Family Giving
Family and Individual gifts to the Empowering Extraordinary Campaign make up over half of the total funds raised to support the Sedgefield Middle School PTO. These donations are an important way for families and individuals in the community to support the academic and enrichment needs of students and educators.
